What Does It Take To Become A Stripper In Atlanta Georgia?

Not Just Anyone Can Become A Stripper In Atlanta Georgia Dancing Private Parties

There are 4 main factors to be a stripper which one must only qualify for at least to be with our company here in Atlanta. 1.) Facial looks is an obvious BIG one considering this IS a law of attracting business we are in but you can't fully factor that all of the time because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 2.) It is important to have somewhat of a personality or be at least partially extroverted but this top isn't a deal breaker by no means. Words don't teach, experience does. Within a few parties or a few times of getting paid, praised & lusted after almost all introverts become extroverts for the most part or a least a hybrid between the two. 3.) Needs to have "some" rhythm, stripper moves or at least a choreographed cheesy dance routine. This is important for guys but not so much for the female dancers because men are easily entertained by very little. 4.) One must be physically fit, not handicapped & have a proportionate body to muscle & body to fat ratio. This can be how they look & comfortably fit into the outfit they audition in. This could also be how they came out of "said clothing" while dancing & how they performed with their too much access of or lack of fat, muscle, tight skin or loose skin. I'm not sure all the varying combinations and can't remember but it's a case by case basis.

Atlanta Male Strippers

Male strippers have to either which way undergo 3 discount training parties for only $75 + tips. If they complete that they move on to regular dancer upfront pay of $125 +tips. If they fail or get a complaint the male dancer in training must reset his parties & now do 5 parties successfully without any errors or hiccups. Failure to do this disqualifies the applicant and he must wait until next year (6 months minimum or a full calendar year) to reapply for a male stripper position with MC Entertainment & Services.

Atlanta Female Strippers

All new female strippers with our company have to shadow a party with a girl(s) and participate in it and get fully nude. Shadowing is not paid but the dancers usually tip out if they seen the new dancer did well & worked her butt off or not. After we get positive feedback from the dancer(s) and client then we put the dancer up at regular pay. No lengthy discounted training parties to complete like we do on the male stripper's side. Most strippers weed themselves out through this thorough, yet lengthy, qualifying process without the business losing any of our 200% money back guarantee that we offer on all of our parties online. During training parties, at MC Entertainment & Services, the company never offers double your money back on ANY dancers in training. This is to bring down the tension, being down the super high expectations and to allow our strippers to ease into their stripping position with our company. This genius training tactic allows for our newbie strippers to get some hands on experience & to really put some notches on their belts... all while "still" making tons of money in the process! All this worry free learning creates for better breeding grounds for creating strippers, training strippers in Atlanta & weeding out any wanna be exotic dancers trying to waste our time, hard efforts and our hard earned money.

Why This Atlanta Stripper Doesnt Get Involved With Clients

Why don't I get involved with clients? I get asked to get involved with my clients all the time and I have a few different reasons why I won't. But trust me sometimes I do want to get involved! I try to stick to the rule of not getting involved with anyone because at the end of the day getting involved can make things messy.

First of all, if I give it up to one of the guys then everyone will expect it, which turns into something that I cannot handle nor would I ever want to handle. The second that guys think you're an escort or that you are open to seeing them outside of a party everyone wants to hop on the option, too. What sucks is that even if I do want to get involved I don't want to make anyone else mad that I don't want to get involved with them, too. Because sometimes there are really sexy guys at the parties and I do want to sleep with them or go out with them. But it's hard for men to understand why, as a stripper, I wouldn't want to fuck everyone there. But that's another blog for another time!

Second, it gives the clients expectations about our company. Just because one girl got involved with clients, doesn't mean that everyone else will, too. It would suck for a girl to come to a party and everyone there think that she's also an escort or that she's down to fuck because someone else from the company did. It just creates a whole messy situation that nobody wants.

I also don't get involved with clients because that's not really the way I want to meet someone that I would want to be in a relationship with or hangout with. I feel like the whole situation would make things kind of weird between us. Like what if I wanted to take things slow, he has already seen me butt ass naked, I've danced all over him and his friends. He wouldn't be able to take me seriously if I said I wanted to take things slow- and I wouldn't blame him for that. It depends on the situation and the guy but sometimes I don't want to have sex for a while because I actually like the person I'm seeing and sex makes things messy sometimes. I can't expect someone to wait when they've seen every inch of me already.

Lastly, I feel like if I did get involved with clients it would create a weird place in my head with my job. If I was hanging out with all my clients all the time I wouldn't be able to separate my life from work. At the end of the day, stripping is my job. Although it's definitely unconventional it still is my line of work and how I make money. I don't always want to be in work mode and I think that if I had a bunch of my clients around me I would have to be in work mode. I wouldn't be able to be myself either because I would have to put this show on that I'm overly sexual because that's the character I put on at parties, which isn't totally me. I don't know, I just feel like it would create a whole situation where I couldn't get away with work and I had to be the stripper version of me instead of me me.

There's definitely a lot more cons then there are pros of getting involved with clients. I try to keep my side of the street very clean with my job. I try to make sure I'm doing the best I can, and getting involved wouldn't be the best that I can. I try to respect myself and my boundaries as well. Keeping work and my personal life separate is definitely the best move for me. So, I'll continue to do it!

Dumb Things Guys Say/Do at Strip-O-Gram Parties

Hey guys! This blog is all about the dumb things guys do/say at parties that I'm at. It was really fun writing this one, so I hope you're entertained from it, too. And what's so funny about this blog is that it really is just directed at guys. I've done parties that females were at and they followed all of the rules and didn't do anything that I didn't like. I've also done all girl parties and they were so respectful and never broke any of my rules or made me feel uncomfortable. Boys are just dumb at parties. I understand that they just get excited, though. So even though it does bug me, I get it at the same time. Anyways, here are just a few dumb things guys do!

1. Blatantly break one of my rules (or more) thinking I won't see or notice. This one pisses me off! I hate it when people make me feel like I'm stupid. I know I'm not, so when they try to be sneaky and do things thinking I won't notice- yeah, it makes me mad. They think that I'm stupid and it really gets under my skin. Like the last party I did. One of my rules is that there is no videos or pictures during the show. This old guy was obviously taking a video of me and I confronted him about it. He argued with me thinking that he could get out of it. I made him delete the video, but it still bothered me that he really thought I was stupid and wouldn't notice. I'll just say I didn't dance on him or go near him for the rest of the night. Momma doesn't play with that.

2. Asking me how much it costs to have sex with me after I've clearly stated I am not an escort. This one is just so stupid. It's crazy how men really don't know what to do with the word "no". I don't know if it's the way that they were raised or what, but some men really do not understand that no means no. It doesn't mean maybe and if you keep asking me I'll say yes. It means NO. Get it through your head that I am here to dance and entertain. There's no afterparty show. I'll do private dances but even when I'm doing that there's nothing more than dancing going on in that bedroom. I'm just a dancer ladies and gentlemen. Sorry to disappoint!

3. Slapping my pussy. This one is just painful! I think that guys forget that the vagina is super sensitive. So when you slap it, it hurts more than when you slap my ass or my arm. It stings and makes my pussy throb! No one wants to see that and I don't want to feel that. I absolutely HATE when guys do this. It's not cute at all and doesn't turn me on in the slightest bit. It makes me ignore you for the rest of the night which nobody likes. So respect me because I am human.

So, yeah those are just a few dumb things that guys do at parties besides at times just being cheap and pretending they don't have money to spend. I really do love my job so it sucks when guys do some of these things because it irritates me and makes me not want to stay long because I'm on edge. So, be nice and use your brain people! I've said it before and I'll say it again: just  because we are strippers and are in the sex industry doesn't mean we don't have feelings. We are people too, and we deserve respect just like anyone else.

The Effects Stripping Has Had on My Self-Esteem

Before I start getting into this blog, I want everyone reading it to know that this is my personal experience and I do not speak for anyone but myself. I am in no way speaking for anyone else or trying to put myself in another stripper’s shoes. This is all from me.

Okay, so this blog may shock you, or this may be exactly what you thought. But to be perfectly honest with everyone, stripping has boosted my self-esteem beyond compare. I feel like the baddest bitch ever when I am dancing. It’s honestly so hard not to feel like that when you have tons of men literally drooling over you and throwing their hard earned cash on you. How else am I supposed to feel?!

I’ve been stripping now for about two years. I can’t count the amount of times people have asked me, “don’t you feel so degraded? Doesn’t that kill your self-esteem? How do you even live like that?”. To which I always reply, “I love stripping and it has boosted my self confidence more than anything else has. I love my job, and I love the way it makes me feel.”

I guess this isn’t the most conventional way to boost your self-esteem, but for me it works. Just like anyone else, I’m insecure about my body sometimes. There are definitely many times where I look in the mirror and absolutely hate what I’m seeing. But, when I go to a party I immediately know that I will feel better about myself when I leave. Something that I’ve learned is that I am my worst critic. I am so mean to myself sometimes. It’s funny because the way I talk to myself I would never let any of my friends ever talk that way about themselves. So, when I’m feeling horrible about myself or I just can’t stand to look in the mirror, I think about the party that I had last week where guys were fighting over who I paid attention to. That they were literally emptying their wallets in the hope that I would stay longer. If that doesn’t boost your confidence, what will???

Like I said in the beginning, this is totally my own experience. I know that the job can be degrading, but I don’t think I’ve ever felt like that. I know that it seems like after a while it would tear at you, or you wouldn’t enjoy it as much, but for me this hasn’t been the case yet. I really do enjoy my job and I really enjoy the reactions that I get while I’m doing my job. It feels good to know how many people want you and desire you. It feels good to know that you really are that bitch! So for me stripping has had an awesome effect on my self-esteem, and I hope that it continues to do so. All I know is that for now, I will continue to strip and continue to let it boost my confidence and make me feel amazing. I love my job and all the benefits that come with it!

The Essentials For an Adult Private Party or Strip Club

This blog is to tell you all about what you need when you are heading to a party. The way that my company works is that we go to your party, so we’re a mobile service company. If you’ve ever seen strippers in a movie showing up to someone’s house in a cop uniform, that’s pretty much what we do. When we’re at the party we dance (obviously) but we also play party games as well. So, it’s essential to have a few things when preparing to head out to a party.

First, you need the outfit you’re going to wear, but ALWAYS pack some backups. Bring two or three outfits just in case one gets ruined or a zipper breaks. You always need extras since you’re traveling to their spot. I always pack at least three or four bras and thongs, two outfits, and two pairs of shoes. Heels break and so do straps! It’s always better to be prepared.

Second, you need all of the party game accessories. We play a few different games, but one includes spanking, another includes whipped cream, and another includes something we call “cooter shooters” (which are tubes of alcohol we put into our pussy and they take a shot of it). Those are really fun, trust me. So, I always make sure to pack a whip, some whipped cream, the shooters, baby wipes (to clean up the whipped cream), and a bag to hold it all in. I also bring a party light, a speaker, and a money bag. Those are also important because they set the mood for a fun party and of course you’re going to need a bag to put all your money in while you’re dancing.

Next, I always make sure to bring some beauty essentials. I always have my hair and makeup done when I go into the party, but I always make sure to bring back up just in case my makeup gets messed up in the car or when I’m changing. I always bring my makeup bag, and a hair straightener with a brush, just in case. Then of course you bring perfume, pussy spray (like perfume or deodorant for your pussy), deodorant, hair ties, hair spray, and a handheld mirror. Those are just extras to prepare for the beauty part. Guys want you to look put together and smell nice, too. They care about your face, too, not just your body!

These are exactly what you’ll need if you’re going to your first party, or if you don’t know what to pack. A lot of this can also be used in a club (minus the whipped cream and shooters). If you’re just starting to get in the club/dancing scene make sure you come prepared! And don’t forget to have fun, and make lots of money

Everything you Need to Know About Becoming a Stripper in Atlanta Georgia

I’m here to tell you everything you need to know about becoming a stripper. If you’re interested in starting to dance, or you’re just curious this is the blog for you!
First, prepare to audition. It’s plain and simple people: if you can’t dance, you probably shouldn’t become a stripper. That sounds harsh but it’s the truth. A lot of people think that being a stripper means you just have to be able to take your clothes off, but you have to be able to actually dance, too. Nobody wants to see a stripper who has no rhythm and who can’t shake their ass to a simple song. The whole point of stripping is putting on a sexy show, and if you’re not coordinated it usually doesn’t work out. When you apply at a club, or a company like mine, you usually have to audition to prove that you can move and put on a good show. So, prepare to show your moves and show just how sexy you can be.
Second, prepare to be butt ass naked in front of a bunch of random people. You cannot be shy and be a stripper. It depends on what club or what company you work for, whether you’ll have to get completely naked or not. For my company, I do get completely nude, which I am totally fine with because I have prepared myself to be confident in front of others while exposing every single part of me. You can’t get up on stage and act nervous or insecure. The fantasy is that you’re a sexy person who knows how sexy you are. The fantasy isn’t a person on stage who actually hates themselves and is embarrassed or shy to show themselves. You have to get those nerves away from you before you get on stage in front of people. Trust me, the crowd will notice if you feel insecure or you’re not confident. So make sure you throw away all those insecurities before stepping in the spotlight. You’re sexy as hell, show everyone how much you believe that!
Third, expect the unexpected. Never go into a party or your shift in a club thinking you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen that night. This is especially for people who work in the kind of setting that I do, where we go to your party. So we’re going over to someone’s house, or apartment, or bar, or hotel. I never know what I’m getting myself into. As long as you know your safe, it’s going to be okay. Sometimes in a club there will be a fight that breaks out, or you’ll get a really annoying customer who won’t leave you alone no matter how much you ask them to back off. Know how to act on your feet when it comes to those situations. I’m not saying something awful will happen every single time you dance, but just prepare for people to be rude, or try to break your boundaries. You are in charge here- which is something a lot of people forget.
Lastly, prepare to make a lot of money, or a little money. Don’t have any expectations on how much or how little money you will make. Sometimes, you’re gonna make twice as much as your rent. And sometimes, you’re gonna barely make $200. That’s okay! Every party and every shift is gonna be different. It just depends on your crowd. So do your best trying to get people to enjoy themselves and tip you as much as you can. The goal at the end of the day is to make money. So work your hardest every time and try to make their wallets cry. Try to enjoy yourself, too! You can have a fucking blast while shaking your ass and getting rained on with bills. Just be yourself, be confident, and make that money people!

Working as an Atlanta Stripper: Five Things I Hate

Before I start writing, I just want to make a "disclaimer" to anyone reading this: I absolutely love my job. I love dancing, I love teasing, I love everything about stripping. Being an Atlanta white female stripper has all the pro's in the world, and only a few cons. I promise you this isn't an article about me complaining about my work; I absolutely love it, and I love all the people I dance for.

I don't work at an Atlanta strip club. I work at a mobile service company where Atlanta female and male strippers come to you. Side note: it's so much better than a club. You don't have to go anywhere and you really don't have to do anything but figure out how many people you want to dance and who you want to dance for you. The best part about it is that you get to be right up close to all of us. We ask for your respect, but a majority of us are okay with touching and feeling. Again, as long as you're respectful. This is where it can get kind of sticky; and this is where I get to tell you what I hate.

First one: when you slap my pussy. I understand that you ordered a stripper because you wanted to see ass, titties, and pussy. And trust me I understand that my pussy is beautiful. But when it comes to that area, do not touch it or slap it or try to play with it. That is a boundary I don't like to be crossed. You can look at the pretty lady, but you cannot touch her.

Second one: when you assume I'm an escort and you continually ask how much it costs to sleep with me. I am fully aware that I am in the sex industry and it doesn't bother me in the slightest bit when you ask if I do more than dance. But, when I (personally, just me) say no, don't continue to ask. I dance with a lot of women who do escort as well as dance. You can always ask if that's what you're wanting, but respect a dancer if she says no.

Third one: when you grab me hard instead of asking for me to come over to you. I am a tiny human. I'm 4'11 and I weigh 110 pounds. When you pull and grab me it doesn't take much to knock me off my feet. I will always come to your lap and dance for you if you ask me to. But when you grab me and push me around, it makes me want to stay away from you. I love my job and I love giving lap dances. Just ask me first.

Fourth one: when you're drunk and get way too touchy. Like I said before, majority of girls (including me) are totally fine with you grabbing an ass cheek, or squeezing a boob here and there. But when you're clearly too intoxicated and you make the groping and grabbing go on for too long, it gets a little uncomfortable. I want everyone to have a banging time. I want everyone to be smiling and happy. I am more than okay with you drinking and taking shots off of me. I just don't like it when you're too drunk to know better. I still am a person and I still do deserve respect despite my career.

Last one: when you're not tipping. This is definitely the biggest and most important one. I love my job for many reasons. The main one (like most people) is because I make money. I make money mostly based on tips. So when I'm twerking and getting on my hands and knees to shake my ass, I want money to be thrown on me. We all know that strippers and one dollar bills go hand and hand. It's because strippers want the money honey! We want to get paid because we are doing a lot of work. Dancing and stripping is a lot harder than it looks. It's the best workout I get all week and I workout hard every day. I do it because I love helping people have a good time, but I also would love to make stacks of cash while doing it. So, for future reference: always, always, always tip your dancers extremely well. It'll make us work harder and stay longer if you do.

So, I hope that it's clarified again that I love my job so much and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. These are just a few pet peeve's of mine that I wanted to share to hopefully help clear a few things up for people who may not know what they're doing at a strip club or are planning on ordering from a mobile service company like mine. Or even to speak for other strippers who feel the same way. But, this is just my opinions, and my own experience. I love everyone, even the people who do these things. I'm here to have a rocking night just like you are.

What are the Best Strip Clubs to visit in Atlanta?

We have a large list of clubs, reviews and information on Gentlemen’s Clubs & such adult establishments. Atlanta is one of the strip club capitals of the world. These girls get fully nude

MC Entertainment & Services

If you are looking for a good reliable list of Atlanta Strip Clubs or Gentlemen’s Clubs in Atlanta this link is where to you might want to go to find some of the best clubs. A list this large I see why the city of Atlanta is growing so fast & thriving so well. It seems as though everyone & their mother are trying to relocate out to here for one reason or another. With the rapidly growing economy this is becoming one of the top 100 trending cities to live in the United States of America in 2018. As many gay bars, gay clubs, night clubs, dive bars, strip clubs, drag shows, full nude bars, swingers clubs, fetish venues, lifestyle parties, video booths, passion parties, sex toy stores, Hollywood film industry, male revues, adult clubs & various other fun adult entertainment venues (not just gentlemen’s clubs) in this city and all the things to do in Atlanta it is no question about whether or not Atlanta most definitely lives up to its name in the U.S. as Hotlanta!

CLICK ABOVE ๐Ÿ‘†

Alright, let me give you the run down on the different Atlanta strip clubs and their various virtues (or lack there of):

**Cheetah** - As many have mentioned, this is the classiest gentlemen’s establishment in Atlanta. Beautiful ladies but it's very cold and stand off-ish. I might go there if I wanted to take a client somewhere but classy generally isn't what I'm looking for in a strip club. Also, the Alluvia (their restaurant) is pretty not bad.

**Pink Pony** - Good looking girls but not as beautiful as the Cheetah girls. They also generally have some pretty stringent no touching rules. That being said, one of my funniest strip club experiences was there. I was with a friend who was drunk out of his mind. He was standing at the stage and quietly taking the ones when the dancer wasn't looking which was lulz enough but what really took the cake was when he got caught he just sheepishly handed her the dollars like he was picking them up for her. The second time he got caught we got ejected which was still pretty funny.

**The Oasis: Good Time Emporium** - You can't really beat a name like that. This is a favorite of mine because you can generally find some pretty hot girls there but not in a scary way. It's a good mix because if you're looking for some... good customer service, from what I understand you can find that there (I don't know from personal experience but one of my female friends was dating one of the dancers there for a while and we had talks about that). Additionally, my all time favorite strip club moment was there when one of the girls was drunk on her 21st birthday and fell off the stage and landed on a customer's table.

**Follies** - While somewhat intimidating, it is known to be excellent in it's own way. Follies is best known for being able to make things happen if you've gone ahead and parted with that particular bit of your soul. I've only been once but there were offers for more and a girl on stage spread herself so wide open I think I could see her ovaries.

**MC Entertainment & Services** - This guys are always a solid "go to" adult entertainment source when it just gets too late now to even go out anymore OR nobody can make up their damn minds of which Atlanta strip club to go to. Even better yet... saves half of you and your friend's asses from going to Atlanta jail or possibly even worse! You know those who have no business going out anywhere because some people can't hold their liquor as well as others in the group. Or even maybe everyone pre-gamed a bit too hard and nobody wants to go through the haste of even going out. All these have been reasons I've called and used this local company's entertainment services. They are the real deal Atlanta stripper delivery service! It almost seems as if you can order literally anything online these days...

Thank God! ๐Ÿ™

**Clermont Lounge** - A staple of Atlanta culture, the Lounge is situated in the basement of a motor court. It has been featured on Insomniac with Dave Attel. Last time I was there, their only beer was PBR in a can. It is affectionately known as "Where strippers go to die" because the average stripper age seems to be 65 there. It is a great place to ninja on your unsuspecting friends and you will never look at your grandmother the same.

**Swinging Richards** - I've never been but gay people and girls out for a night seem to love it. Don't get tricked into going. Ever.

That covers most of the major ones. There are ones that feature more African Americans more than others (Onyx, Magic City, etc.) but that's not really my cup of tea so I can't comment.

A Few Tips For Loving a Stripper

Hi there! My name is Roxy and I am an Atlanta stripper working with MC Entertainment & Services. I have been stripping off and on for about 7 years. Within that time frame I have fallen in and out of love a few times and, each experience has been different when it came to my job. First off, let me just say that dating a stripper is not for everyone; It requires you to be very secure in both your relationship and self esteem. The hours are late and unpredictable, the work is obviously very sexual, and your partner is generally going to be hella hot. If your feeling a bit like T-Pain, here are some tips that can help you to make a relationship with a dancer happy and healthy.

                                                                             Youtube

-Jealousy is a totally normal emotion in every relationship, how you express and deal with it is the important part. I myself am in a polyamorous relationship with my current partner so we have quite a bit of practice in dealing with the green eyed monster, and even that hasn't made him immune to the feelings that can affect people that date dancers. Honesty and communication are the key to any healthy relationship and that need just multiplies when you add other people into the equation, whether it be for fun or funds. Talking about your feelings with your partner can help you get to the root of the issue; for many it is insecurity, for others it may be the ingrained stigma associated with sex work in our society. Remember that your feelings are valid but your reason behind them isn't always.
                                                                      Relationshipremedy.com

-Have realistic expectations of your partner. Stripping is not a full time, 9-5 job. The hours are a little more predictable when working a club but are still going to keep your partner out late. Working on call parties, there have been a few times that I have had to cancel or leave dates early to go work. My partner understands that this is a possibility and, while not stoked about it, is totally accommodating.

-Be respectful. We deal with unfortunate attitudes about our jobs from enough people, your partner needs for you to be accepting and supportive of what they do.

-Enjoy it! Come on friend, look at who you are with! People literally pay to just look at what you get to rub up on for free! Stripping keeps me in great shape, which is helpful in the bedroom (Im looking at you woman on top positions) and I've learned some really sexy tricks to seduce my partner with. For me personally, I get really turned on when I'm dancing and that bodes well for him when I crawl into bed upon getting home from a party.

All in all, dating a stripper is what you make it. As with most of life, I say enjoy the ride (and the rides that come with it).

Building A Stripper Body

Building A Stripper Body:๐Ÿ”‘ Keys to Fitness & Success

Strippers. Most likely you’ll imagine a dark room where you can see only silhouettes of people; flashing strobe lights give you only a glimpse of the faces around. And then there’s this smoking-hot, tightly-toned tigress slowly crawling on the floor towards you.

She leaves you open-mouthed, jaws hanging in unexplainable admiration and desire. Out of nowhere, you hand her your money, wishful to touch and own those smooth curves in exchange.

Some women may feel envious, not of the job as a stripper, but of their alluring figures. The glowing hair, shapely legs, well-toned abs, and the strength to climb the dance pole to perform acrobatic moves and stun the audience ‘ these are the things women usually admire about strippers.

The plan is to alternate lower and upper body workouts. If you start on Monday doing upper body exercises, you should proceed with lower body workout on Wednesday, and then return to upper body exercises come Friday; Tuesdays and Thursdays are reserved for cardio workouts.

Why the alternating pattern? Alternating workouts give your muscles time to recover while you strengthen other areas of your body. It also allows you to concentrate on one area per day, allowing you to spend all your energy on a specific muscle group.

A pair of dumbbells is necessary for the workout but you can also use a barbell that has removable plates for superior results. We recommend you include a barbell because it will require you to keep your form while you do overhead lifts and bicep curls. You’ll also be able to lift heavier weights which are of vital importance in this workout.
Select a weight you can handle to execute 8 reps with but heavy enough to make 12 reps difficult.

Whether it’s a 5lb, 20lb, or 25lb dumbbell, as long it makes 12 reps difficult for you to do, go with it. For those who have experience in bodybuilding, a 40lb dumbbell may do the trick.

Don’t select something that’s too light to lift. Just follow the 12-reps guideline in choosing the right weights for your workout.

Lift and lower the weights slowly and avoid swinging them just to complete your reps. To gauge the timing, say ‘I am sexy’ while you lift the weights up and follow it with ‘I am sexy and strong’ as you lower them down. This works as a confidence booster and helps you slow down your pace. The slow pace allows you to fully control the muscles and engage the muscle fibers in the exercise.

Maintain proper form at all times. Hold your core muscles strongly, keep your posture long, and do the exercises in front of a mirror to see if you’re still maintaining the correct form. Shoulders shouldn’t be slouching, weights shouldn’t be swinging, and abs are tucked tight. Remember to breathe with your stomach and plant your feet firmly as if you’re in standing.

Exercises for your upper body

The following sets of upper body workout can be done at home using the dumbbells and barbell we require. You can also do these exercises in the gym where weights are available.

Even if you can’t go to a gym and you don’t have dumbbells or a barbell, you can still do numerous bodybuilding exercises to strengthen your muscles. You can use your own body weight as resistance in place of weights.

Doing short bursts of exercise is also the smarter way to work out. It’s okay if you do an hour on the treadmill every day if you’re contented with the results. However, the plan is to get a stripper body and you definitely won’t get anywhere near that goal running 3 mi/h on a treadmill for an hour.
Remember the days you’re not working your muscles out? Start things right by doing a 30-minute intense cardio workout on these days. Below is a sample schedule you can use as a guide:

Monday: Upper body workout
Tuesday: Cardio training
Wednesday: Lower body workout
Thursday: Cardio training
Friday: Upper body workout
Saturday: Cardio training
Sunday: Free time
Monday: Lower body workout
Tuesday: Cardio training
Wednesday: Upper body workout

Using this schedule, you work muscles all throughout your body and you avoid overworking specific areas.

After your intense training, your metabolism rate will shoot up and it will keep burning calories for several more hours. Doing this kind of routine will help your body become more efficient in exercising. Your body becomes better as you get used to this intensive training, making you fitter, leaner, faster, stronger, and of course, sexier making more money!

Blurring Fantasy and Reality

Thanks to the worldwide success of the talented dancers and actors in Magic Mike and its sequel, Magic Mike XXL, the life of the quintessential "male entertainer" was been shown to the masses as a world of excitement, mischief, and wealth. All is very, very, true on a much smaller not so grandiose scale. Traveling cross country for a large event isn't uncommon. Many private events and big club promotions will pay an entertainer top dollar to travel via car, bus, plane, or train to give the crowd the best show ever.

In the movie, it showed the main crew partying it up with the hospitable housewives. In real life, a dancer can engage in the social atmosphere more comfortably and enjoy festivities with the patrons in their own home or event space. The dancer is responsible for how he chooses to enjoy himself with the party goers. Not highly advised but also not prohibited, if the dancer drinks alcohol in moderation. Awareness of his place in the party is key. Being the "sloppy drunk stripper" isn't the impression to leave with.

The guys in the movie also were "very friendly" with the ladies of the house. Being a male dancer, you're automatically under the assumption that you will be giving more than lap dances. This is where situational awareness comes into play, along with sensibilities. It is key to read the room. Ask, learn, and understand the boundaries of the crowd beforehand. Their comfort levels are very important and will define the success of the performance. Remember, communication is a factor on how well your experience and money is.

When you book one of our entertainers, make sure you let him know what you expect from him so he can do his best to provide it. Remember he is a professional and he is looking to make sure you have the greatest time. In doing so, you can get the Magic Mike experience sought after, blurring the lines between fantasy and reality. If you are ready to plan your next big girls night, book here with them to ensure a happy ending to your party or event.

Learning When to Wear the Mask

Learning When to Wear the Mask

We all have a mask we wear around people but do those in the adult entertainment have it easier or harder when it comes to judgment from certain friends or family members?

Life in the fast lane seems glamorous, exciting and easy going, being the center of attention everywhere they go. A deeper look into their life actually may bring a different perspective for some. They may not take their work home with them but they have to deal with constant judgment, classification and ridicule from friends, family, co-workers in other fields of work or neighbors in their everyday life.

Some accept their loved ones going rogue and getting into a dangerous and frowned upon line of work and employment to meet certain means of living and sustaining their life how they see fit. In most circumstances, family, friends or anyone existent in their life write them off entirely without a second thought. These are normally the same friends, family and associates that would disown or write off their own blood or a friend if they came out and said they were gay, bi-sexual, transgender, Jewish, Christian, Muslim, or held a different political opinion.

Stereotyping and judging people like this not only affects those taking new paths in their life and discovering who they are or what they want to do with their own life. It directly and indirectly affects everyone from growing in life and finding what they like or don't in fear of being ridiculed or judged.

Adult entertainers get to tear down the walls they have up by forcing themselves to finance a certain way of life. Unfortunately, they also have to keep their lives extremely private or take a crap shoot and try their luck. The bright side is that it will help weed through anyone that is for you no matter what or force you to abandon many of the people who said they would love you and be there for you forever.

You must evaluate what is and isn't important to you and how badly you want to choose your own path or let someone else tell you how to live your life. Personally, I would not recommend anyone living their life a total lie and being someone you are not to everyone closest to you. It is also important to understand some people risk their life pillars, ie: professional careers, living wills, future jobs, children or sick loved ones. If you wear a mask, like we all do, make sure you wear it for the right reasons and it doesn't directly affect you finding who you are or where you want to be in life.

The History of Stripping, Strip Clubs and Strippers | A Must Read Rewind From Back in Time

The History of Stripping & Strippers

The first account of a woman getting "paid" for dancing erotically can be traced back to the Bible, where some interpreters tell us that the daughter of the Jewish Princess Herodias seductively performed the Dance of the Seven Veils to please King Herod during his birthday celebration. Herod was so impressed with (and probably so aroused by) the dance that he granted the daughter anything she desired. Obeying a request from her mother, Herodias's daughter reportedly replied: "Give me here upon a platter the head of John the Baptist." That's a pretty steep price that pious John had to pay for King Herod's viewing pleasure.

Part l: Females (ladies first!)

What's in a name?

Commonly referred to as strippers or go-go girls, women who do it for a living prefer to be called "exotic dancers." The establishments they work in are commonly called strip clubs but their proprietors prefer to call their businesses "gentlemen's clubs." Bottom line is that women in this industry get paid to sexually titillate men by dancing suggestively in as little clothing as possible without getting arrested, and in locations where laws allow, they dance totally nude. Regardless of the nomenclature, the field of stripping is dominated by women. Male strippers (think Chippendales) make up less than a third of the professional community.

But let's take a step back (way back) and look at the very beginnings of this sensual subculture. The earliest evidence of exotic dancing can be traced to Paleolithic cave paintings in the south of France, more than 20,000 years ago. Archeologists have uncovered miniature statuettes of exotic dancers near the Black Sea regions of Bulgaria and Romania that date back to the New Stone Age, or Neolithic Era, and are estimated to be over 9000 years old.

Dancing designed to sexually stimulate is thought to have begun as an ancient ritual to gain the favor of the goddesses of fertility and motherhood in hopes of successful reproduction as well as to increase the fertility of crops. Draped in animal fur, women who performed these dances would pose erotically as the furs were slowly removed to reveal the dancer's naked gyrating body.

During the height of the Greek and Roman Empires, erotic dances were also performed by priestesses in sacred temples. Much of the artwork from these times shows female dancers removing different articles of their clothing to the point of total nudity. Women were chosen for their beauty and vitality, and such erotic movements were performed in honor of the Moon, the hunt, and the god of wine, among other ritualistic purposes.

Getting Paid for Your Efforts

Moving to the 14th century, we find the advent of erotic dancing in the Middle East, in the art form of belly dancing. Not a thread of clothing was removed, but with its furious movements of the hips and pelvis, belly dancing meant to induce pleasure of a sexual nature and became extremely popular. Audience members would toss coins at the belly dancers, representing the first time women were paid cash for their erotic dancing services. During this time, erotic dancing was also common in the temples of India in the form of sacred rituals.

In the 18th century, sensuality and eroticism reigned supreme throughout Europe, compliments of the ladies of the court, who were paid to erotically entertain the menfolk as they dined during celebrations and banquets. These female courtesans popularized the fan as a sensual prop, which they used to accent their titillating dance moves to make them look mysterious.

Fast forward to more modern times, where erotic dancing blossomed in Britain in the late 1800s with the rise of British burlesque houses. Lydia Thompson, an English dancer, comedian, actress, and theatrical producer, became one of the most famous burlesque dancers on the London stage. Originally, burlesque performances incorporated a complete act with a combination of music, singing, humor, dance, and theatrics, and sexual parody; women undressing themselves in a sensual manner were only part of the show. Lydia is credited with bringing burlesque to America in 1868 with her troupe of "British Blondes" performing in New York City theaters. Lydia's performances involved chorus lines of beautiful, scantily clad women and sometimes involved audience intimacy without contact. No doubt, the burlesque industry quickly discovered that the main attraction was sex. Over time, burlesque shows began focusing mainly on suggestive sexual dances, and routines turned raunchy. Women became more uninhibited and the acts became more risquรฉ. Of course, the church preached against these types of performances, but they only grew in popularity.

The early roots of modern stripping first appeared in the late 1800s when a new form of erotic dancing evolved into a dance known as the striptease. It was a gradual, soft, sensual way to undress in order to arouse. As the name suggests, women slowly undressed themselves, layer by layer, to titillate and tease in a blatant sexually suggestive manner as they revealed more and more of their flesh, down to pasties and a G-string covering up the essentials. Drooling men howled in appreciation as each piece of clothing hit the floor, leading the men to create and shout out the striptease catch phrase: "Take it off… take it all off!"

Throughout the late 1800s and early 1900s, the striptease influenced other forms of erotic dancing. A sexually provocative belly dance known as the "hoochie coochie" was introduced in Philadelphia and became wildly popular. Around the same time period, the French cancan appeared in Paris and was made famous at the Moulin Rouge cabaret. The cancan spread to America and also became a popular male pastime, as guys feasted their eyes on dancers who would lift up a leg to reveal their thighs, puffy slips, and underwear.

The 1920s saw a new twist to the striptease with the addition of pole dancing. Pole dancing originated at the height of our country's Depression. At the time, traveling fairs trekked from town to town to entertain with many different types of side shows, which were held in tents. In one of the side tents, women would striptease on a small stage in front of cheering men. The ladies incorporated the tent pole into their striptease routine, climbing to the top of the pole, grabbing the pole and swirling around it, and grinding and gyrating against it. The tent pole became known as the "dance pole."

In the 1950s, pole dancing graduated from tents to bars that catered to this form of entertainment. The elaborate, intriguing costumes strippers wore during their performances became part of the act. Stripping was slowly seeping into the American sex industry and becoming a staple.

Strip clubs were frequently raided and shut down for clashing with decency laws, but similar to what occurred with alcohol during Prohibition, the government and religious institutions just couldn't stop the onslaught of their popularity with American men. Editorials and sermons had no chance of influencing where many men chose to spend their recreational time. As a result, this era saw the enacting of new zoning laws and restrictions on the limits that female dancers could interact with their customers in order to regulate the strip club industry.

The 1960s and 1970s saw a steep rise in the number of strip clubs as society was going through a sexual revolution and becoming more accepting of displayed sexuality, and the strip club survived despite public protest and strict city regulations.

During the 1970s and 1980s, almost all strip clubs incorporated poles onstage to accommodate pole dancing, as this practice became popular among strippers. Another addition to the art form was big boobs! Breast enlargement surgery became enormously popular with women in the business as big breasts became synonymous with strippers.

The infamous lap dance (contact dancing) started out in Montreal in the early 1990s. Lap dancing eventually migrated to the United States and was made legal in this country in 1999. Also in the late 1990s, pole dancing techniques used by strippers were turned into a legitimate form of exercise for women with the introduction of pole fitness. The first instructional pole fitness and dance DVDs emerged and even a National Pole Dancing Championship was created.

Nowadays, in most strip clubs, the women wear skimpy bikinis or G-strings that leave little to the imagination. There's rarely a striptease show, just pole work. Ladies move about on stage as guys gawk at their nearly naked bodies. Some strippers will bump and grind against one another onstage to the enjoyment of their male audiences as the pounding beat of loud rap music intoxicates the room. From ancient ritual to modern-day entertainment for men who typically watch with a stiff drink in hand, stripping has come a long way, baby!

Personalities, Characteristics and Profiling Strippers in Strip Clubs

Strippers Don't Start Stripping 'cause They Are on a Winning Streak!

Strippers R' Us

Most people won't bare it all and start stripping because they were on a winning streak or were doing extra well in life. They may love to dance and get attention but it takes a certain kind of personality to pull it off. Not just anyone can do it. You either got it or you don't. Those who really stick with it and see it all the way through usually come out on top. What type of personality traits do you need to be successful?

Some exotic dancers start off dancing because they may be uneducated but yet impatient to get ahead in life. Then again some don't know how important a good education really is until it is unfortunately too late. That might be a certain clear moment of clarity finely tuned and engrained by pure experience one goes through. Not that they are any less than or deserve to be an exotic dancer before anyone else out there with a better educational background. Lawyers, doctors, accountants and government law officials have put themselves through college taking their clothes off one dollar at a time. You don't have to have any brains or wits to make the money, you just have to have them to keep the money is all!

There are these certain entertainers that begin because they just want to accelerate their hustle on the side some. Or perhaps to grow their business they already have going on. There are those that are simply famous models or headliners at events that literally do it for more social media followers and to market their brand. All while at the same time stacking their dough and being their very own brand ambassador at all their shows, parties, clubs or events.

A good number of male and female dancers begin just because they are of legal age. They may be rebelling with their family and parents. Or even perhaps an authoritative figure just no longer has anymore authority over them and they feel finally free! On the flip side you might get some fresh young teens that just simply want a cushy & comfortable life moving forward. Meaning funding all their college residency and even may possibly pay off their student loan before ever even graduating with their degree.

There are the dancers that have mommy and/or daddy issues and seek outside approval & attention from the opposite sex out of mere pure unintentional habit of trying to regain something they were badly missing in life. It is codependency at its core but both parties involved tend to not care and may take liking to their role in the unusual partnership. They take what they can get as long as they don't enter into that dark place of verbal & physical abuse by their partner or lover. Many girls and women all over the world allow violence like this to go on too many times without standing up for themselves. That is until it is too late OR they have had enough and find their true inner selves deep down inside. This true awaking & cleansing process can make one become almost a reborn spiritual being once freed from their abuser and captor. Not sure exactly why but many dancers in this grey area of experience, strength and hope are likely to develop unusual & uncommon kinks in society such as ddlg, baby roleplay, BDSM, role play, bondage, etc. That should go to show that a mother's love and a father's love is something absolutely crucial and imperative in child development stages.

There are always the young, free & wild party girls that are typically raver chicks, nerdy girls or hippie chicks who always try to find the bright side of the adult entertainment industry. Whether it just simply be the club, the management, the money being made, the house mom, the friendships with other dancers, the new amazing encounters with strangers and the unity of adults in full nudity bring everyone together (and of course the $1's let's not forget). Humans can safely interact, mingle & fellowship in a friendly controlled environment allowing this particular kind of dancer to thrive most being one might say, almost her 2nd natural habitat. Feeling free in such a controlled environment allows these dancers to just be themselves as if at home. This kind is usually quite optimistic of their life normally but they can see the positive objective goal more than they've ever before from this revolutionary view. Rapidly meeting with so many men/women from all over the world in so little time from all walks of life, while ranging from all shapes, colors & sizes. All may seem well. This may seem the best choice dancer for this certain environment but the free spirited ones are a hit or miss. Mainly because they at times get a little too into partying instead they should be worrying about hustling, making money and the big picture. The thing with these is they can slowly start to unravel. Likelihood that it will go undetected is low. This cycle is typically sure to repeat for a time while she tries to manage it personally herself and then will make attempts to start controlling what she is already unknowingly dependent on. After some time things surely start to take a fall for the worst. This is until they eventually face some consequences, are in dire need, hit a bottom and seek out the proper help. Or set appropriate measures to hold themselves accountable and to positively keep themselves in line while on the clock working.

We now we have the single mother or single father trying to give their seedling or young children the best life they can the whatever means necessary. These dancers tend to be the most responsible and can most definitely fixate and keep their eyes on the prize of making lots of money! They work all day climbing the pole, doing pole tricks, doing private dances and all working for a dollar at a time. At the end of the day they go home to theirs kids, husband & family all to say to themselves it was all worth it.

The smartest strippers, exotic dancers and entertainers operate like this: they get in, they make hella money, only strip for maybe 1 - 3 years, open a business or create their own money making side hobby/hustle and then they get the hell out of dodge! Of course once someone, really anyone, gets a taste of the good life they naturally tend to crave and go for the better things in life. It is common for  dancer to upgrade their lifestyle no matter who they are. Once these dancers get a taste though of the good life, they break their very own promise to themselves, "I promise to only dance this long then I'm quitting!"

Those I would say are your garden variety dancers you see the most. We also have the seasoned dancers that know they "should of" probably hung up the thong awhile ago but unforeseen circumstances have made it not possible at this moment in their lives. These dancers aren't all too common in the larger & more popular strip clubs scenes. This older dancers (40 & up) each club will have at least one or two of them only at a time working a shift. It is only the lower end & slummy strip clubs that will have a 60/40 wining ratio of these sexy cougars on the prowl.

Last but not least we go to the simple girl next door waiting table being flirty. Next that particular girl will see that flirting can go a long way. So she puts on her big (orange) girl panties and graduates to Hooters being just more flirting with a little extra sexy added to it right? Wrong, not enough money for the effort and acting put in. Now she goes where she knows she'll make more, she goes Go-Go Dancing. We already knows what happens from here but I'll will just amuse you instead. She obviously goes not much longer straight into stripping at a local strip club. After the club some girls find out how much money is in fetishes to they broaden their horizon to find money even easier to come across. Porn or escorting are usually the end of the road. Go big or go home? Most don't attempt that route because it can also be a dark & lonely road to take and can end very badly sometimes. Girls have ended up in bad and scary situations becoming sex workers and easily picked up by sex trafficers. This is easily done because most escorts work alone then if not alone they will most likely have a pimp taking half the money or more. Also that is a good way to end up in jail by getting caught up in a sting operation. Porn could just really embarrass yourself and hurt your ego is all if your family was to come across your adult video online. Ultimately so many are now doing amature porn and selling it for pennies on the dollar at the end of it all. Porn stars typically come and go a lot faster than strippers do.

Some dancer's families do not speak to them because they choose these paths of sin involving nudity, dance art performance, fetish, porn and it is extremely mean and sad. Everyone should be free to be themselves in this world no matter what.  Keep that in mind the next time you look into a dancer's eyes while steadily seeing their sexy & sumptuous dancing body in your peripheral but yet right in front of your face. I am sure their are many more character profiles, various characteristic and speciality traits that could be done a dozens more times This is what immediately comes to mind when asked the question "What kind of Person Becomes a Stripper?" If you have any that stand out to you that you would like to contribute share or comment on that would be very valuable to this particular subject. Feel free to comment below. We may consider rewriting such articles in the futue and could always use the input however large or small it may be. Thank you.
