Stripping in Atlanta is Fast Money, Here's How to Save it

Stripping in Atlanta is Fast Money, Here's How to Save it

So, you've become an exotic dancer in Atlanta. Welcome to this crazy game of teasing and being paid. It's true what they say about the stripping lifestyle, this fast life comes with fast money. But what they fail to mention is how fast it goes. Most of what is made is spent maintaining your look and the rest is mainly for maintaining and paying bills. You never want to end up living paycheck to paycheck. Or in our case in the limelight, night to night.

Here's a few steps to take so you can stack up those savings.

      1. IMPULSE SHOPPING

Okay, so imagine you work in the best strip club in Atlanta. You made a bag last night., You worked super hard and it all paid off. Now you have a fat money roll in your pocket and your fingers are ITCHING to spend. You say "I'm spending it! I'll make it back tonight or the next day!". That's your first mistake. Now you've dropped a bag on a few fetish items, clothing, make up and sex toys.  And you feel great! Sooner or later that "shoppers regret" hits you. Here's how i avoid this. Always ask yourself " Do i WANT this? or do i NEED this? " Your answer lays between determining if its a supplemental or detrimental purchase.

       2.  PARTYING

We know you want to support fellow sex workers and adult entertainers but don't end up in an overpriced Atlanta gentlemen's club. Booze is expensive. Skip the hookah bar and the lung cancer. Don't do drugs. There too pricey anyway. Stick to the greens, that's all the protein you need. Also the fact that being intoxicated makes it hard to make conscious decisions you may not otherwise make while sober, like buying another round for the whole bar.

       3. HOUSE BROKE

The definition of house broke is basically renting a house you cant really afford. We get it, you're making good money and you want to live as luxuriously as you feel. This disables your ability to "live" as your budget for the month is taken by your housing. Try something that's less than half of your income.

       4. FREE LOADERS

People can be fake, We should all know this by now. When you're making good money everyone wants a piece of it.  Don't feed the moochers . I know it feels like the noble thing to do, first thing anyone does when they get money is help their family. By all means, help them. But watch out for the ones that take advantage of your help. And its normally from the ones you're closest too.

Take these tips and learn from the experiences of others, apply it to your life and start succeeding.

Real Sex Work Myths, Media Exagerations and Facts Revealed Only Right Here

What exactly is Sex Work?

Sex work is any type of labor or activity where the main goal is to create a sexual or erotic response in someone. Sex work includes prostitution, but it isn't just limited to that. Forms of sex work includes (but is not limited to) a bunch of other things such as stripping, erotic dancing, pro-dom/pro-sub work, webcam modeling, sensual massage, nuru massage, adult film work, pornographic art, fetish modeling, phone sex operating, being a sugar baby and so much more.

What Are The Top Myths on Prostitution & Sex Work In The Media?

Most media coverage on the sex trade focuses on street prostitution, youth prostitution, and trafficking of minors. It is very unfortunate but a substantial portion of the facts and figures referenced online and in the media in the world are completely misconstrued or based on studies of particularly vulnerable and small populations of sex workers on a global scale. Below we have listed just a few small examples:

Myth: 300,000 children are trafficked in the U.S. each year.

Fact: This statistic, collected by the Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 2001, is the high-estimate of all male and female children not living at home, who are viewed as vulnerable to exploitation of any kind.

Myth: The average adolescent or adult prostitute or adult industry professional is a male or female who is virtually a slave to a pimp, a prostitution ring or even an organised crime family.

Fact: According to a study of New York adolescents in the sex trade, about half of adolescents are male or transgender. Only 8% were coerced and influenced into entering the sex industry in some form or fashion.

Myth: Approximately 68 percent of sex workers report post-traumatic stress disorder on the same level as those who served in military combat.

Fact: This statistic refers to individuals in nine countries who were contacted via social service organizations, and the methodology behind this study has never been released to the public. The psychological affects of prostitution are remarkably variable depending on the sector, country, upbringing, race, religion, beliefs and most importantly the individual worker and the total sum of their life experiences.

Myth: The average age of entry in the sex trade or adult entertainment is 13 or 14 years old.

Fact: This figure references informal knowledge of social workers working with adolescents and ‘survivor’ organizations whose sole focus is on rescuing people from bad situations. Indoor sex workers, who comprise over 80% of the industry, are significantly less likely to enter as adolescents.

MythThe sex trade is inherently harmful and very dangerous.

FactViolence, mental, physical health risks, and marginalization are not inherent to the sex trade, any more than they are inherent to sexual identity or orientation. Stigma and criminalization are the root causes of harms directly related to sex work. These harms are compounded by intersecting oppression for large numbers of sex workers.

Myth: Prostitution is violence against women, men & the LGBT community (or gang rape, or slavery).

Fact: Although violence, particularly against street workers, is common, most violence is perpetrated by non-clients, individuals who pose as clients, law enforcement officials, and a very small proportion of clients. The same goes for clients of indoor workers.  While news reports frequently vilify clients of sex workers, even abolitionist organizations recognize diversity in what motivates clients to solicit prostitutes.

Outcome Of These Harmful & Hateful Discriminations:

In other words, the overwhelming majority of sex worker clients do not perpetrate violence against sex workers. And the central cause of violence is institutional alienation of sex workers from law enforcement protection and a justice system that leads most sex workers to distrust and fear law enforcement officials. Violent individuals do not fear repercussions and prey on sex workers in particular. Most interactions between sex workers and law enforcement involve arrest, and law enforcement and judicial system officials frequently ignore or doubt reports by sex workers. So sex workers either do not report sexual and physical assault to law enforcement or law enforcement officials do not sufficiently respond to complaints, and individuals remain free and continue to perpetrate crimes against sex workers or even members of society not involved in the sex trade or sex industry.

A Few Tips For Loving a Stripper

Hi there! My name is Roxy and I am an Atlanta stripper working with MC Entertainment & Services. I have been stripping off and on for about 7 years. Within that time frame I have fallen in and out of love a few times and, each experience has been different when it came to my job. First off, let me just say that dating a stripper is not for everyone; It requires you to be very secure in both your relationship and self esteem. The hours are late and unpredictable, the work is obviously very sexual, and your partner is generally going to be hella hot. If your feeling a bit like T-Pain, here are some tips that can help you to make a relationship with a dancer happy and healthy.

                                                                             Youtube

-Jealousy is a totally normal emotion in every relationship, how you express and deal with it is the important part. I myself am in a polyamorous relationship with my current partner so we have quite a bit of practice in dealing with the green eyed monster, and even that hasn't made him immune to the feelings that can affect people that date dancers. Honesty and communication are the key to any healthy relationship and that need just multiplies when you add other people into the equation, whether it be for fun or funds. Talking about your feelings with your partner can help you get to the root of the issue; for many it is insecurity, for others it may be the ingrained stigma associated with sex work in our society. Remember that your feelings are valid but your reason behind them isn't always.
                                                                      Relationshipremedy.com

-Have realistic expectations of your partner. Stripping is not a full time, 9-5 job. The hours are a little more predictable when working a club but are still going to keep your partner out late. Working on call parties, there have been a few times that I have had to cancel or leave dates early to go work. My partner understands that this is a possibility and, while not stoked about it, is totally accommodating.

-Be respectful. We deal with unfortunate attitudes about our jobs from enough people, your partner needs for you to be accepting and supportive of what they do.

-Enjoy it! Come on friend, look at who you are with! People literally pay to just look at what you get to rub up on for free! Stripping keeps me in great shape, which is helpful in the bedroom (Im looking at you woman on top positions) and I've learned some really sexy tricks to seduce my partner with. For me personally, I get really turned on when I'm dancing and that bodes well for him when I crawl into bed upon getting home from a party.

All in all, dating a stripper is what you make it. As with most of life, I say enjoy the ride (and the rides that come with it).

Is a Strip-O-Gram a bit too much?

How do I know or how can I tell if a Strip-O-Gram is or isn't too much for a party or to get for a loved one?

MarryGrams

There really isn't any way to tell if your lover, friend, family member or co-worker will get mad at you if you order them a stripper for their special day or not...

Not sure if your lover, your friend, a close family member or co-worker is going to love you or hate you forever after ordering them adult entertainment? You are definitely not the first one to be in this situation or predicament. More than 50% of bookings for male and female exotic dancers and strippers are primarily last minute. Most hold back and refrain from their first intuition when they acquired the genius and perfect gift idea out of fear. The seed is planted. Most likely a combination of the guest of honor's feelings provokes the idea to materialize as the night goes on. The more alcohol is consumed at the party or event people tend to become less reserved until Boom! The moment has come. Everyone is drunk, good music playing in the air and the party needs a second charge and spark to set it off just as you envisioned in the first place. The only problem is literally almost every dancer in the entire city is booked up and agencies are scrambling to try to find you someone, really anyone, to come perform for your party last minute. This sometimes can take hours to try to line up on a busy weekend. Many have experienced excitement, eagerness and joy at the actual thought, "Yes, let's do this"! An hour or two into it you start to rethink it all. What if they never show up? Or what if the guest of honor passes out or everyone is gone by the time he/she arrives? All are possible scenarios for sure! This my friend is the perfect opportunity and occasion to take full advantage of a Strip-O-Gram! Why this versus just ordering a regular stripper? I recommend this because if you are still worried if something will turn out okay or go over smooth with everyone present at the party (guest, guest of honor, home owner, family present, children present or public setting), this is something that can be customized and tailored to your liking. A Strip-O-Gram is where you surprise whoever with a stripper in full costume (ie; police, military, fireman, dress attire, casual, pool boy, server, hotel manager, handyman, cowboy, chef, leather, latex, 50 shades of grey, bunny costume, school girl, super hero, mascot, etc.) and role play their character costume for a few minutes. Then they start their strip show performance on the guest of honor. I recommend these because they are quick, easy, cheaper, user friendly and can be totally customized to your liking. Say for instance it wasn't perhaps the most ideal or appropriate environment. These entertainers doing the Strip-O-Grams know these are more for the "SURPRISE" and "WOW'' factor of it all. These entertainers can get full nude, half nude, just top less or keep it classy and leave their tops and bottoms on. The male dancers can be given special instructions such as, "Just go shirtless with light touching and dancing", because there are family, kids and children present. It can even be, "Hey, let's play it by ear and see how it goes". It can be, "Go all out and embarrass the shit out of them", or, "Hey, lets keep it to a thong, booty shorts and nothing too over the top, vulgar or genitals close to face". These stripper, exotic dancer and adult entertainers know these Strip-O-Grams can literally be anywhere between 5 mins all the way up to a couple or few hours depending on your guest. A Strip-O-Gram is probably the safest, best and most efficient way to test the waters when it comes to ordering a stripper online for someone you do or don't know what their response(s) will be like. If the party or crowd is totally into your party stripper then most likely they will get involved, encourage the performer, tip them and play a few of the entertainer's party games (if it's a female stripper). If tips are flowing steadily enough, then entertainers are likely to stay until the tips stop. A lot of people in the U.S.A. book these strippers on actual Strip-O-Grams for office parties, corporate events, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, sorority parties, family parties, public parties, restaurants, hair salons, nail salons, a country club, venue spaces, bars, night clubs, retirement parties and retirement homes. Most adult performers, entertainers and models have a slew of costumes to choose from if they have been in the business a few years. Now of course if your heart is set on Princess Leia, Darth Vader, a Super Hero or a Disney costume of some sort to actually be stripped out of, I believe at least half of the costume has to be recompensated to the entertainer.  These so called ' Strip - O - Grams ' are most useful and quite beneficial for the "less" comfortable and more socially awkward occasions where the taboo surprise will actually be in front of other close loves ones or associates. This could be for example members of a family, a co-worker(s), somewhere out in public, for a mom, for a dad, for a son, for a daughter, for a brother, for a sister, for a grandfather, for a grandmother, for a grand daughter, for a grand son, for an aunt, for an uncle, for a neice, for a nephew, for a cousin, for a step mom, for a step dad, for a loving girlfriend, for a loving boyfriend, for a close personal friend, for a best friend, for a close roommate, for a classmate, for a boss, for an employee, for a business partner, for a teacher, for a neighbor, for a wife, for a husband or for a husband AND wife! If not any of those one could just simply do this as a prank to someone you absolutely can't stand, want to humiliate, want to embarrass, you do not like or do not care about whatsoever. Mainly just because you know they will hate it and then they will hate you even more than ever! Mwahahaha! Mmmm... sweet sweet revenge. Lol. Just kidding... Or am I??? Let's not forget that Strip-O-Grams have been around for nearly 50 years. These have always been and can be good for nice big birthday celebrations such as a sweet sixteen birthday party (no touching & no nudity), a good eighteenth birthday party idea celebration (welcome to adulthood), a turning 21 year old birthday party surprise (first time can drink with live strippers ...at the same time) or a big 30th birthday party (coming into manhood, adulting & planning or practicing parenthood). Also these strippergrams are ideal and great fo a 40th birthday party (established in life, career & a clear sense & taste in relationships), a big 50th birthday party surprise (celebrating over the hill), a 60th birthday party gift idea (because they can't simply remember the rest of their years so why not) or even a big 70th or 80th birthday party surprise gift and present (because you just raised the life insurance policy & need money). Anybody older than that should probably consult a doctor or physician to make sure their heart is healthy enough for sex or at least to undergo such a wild and exciting party or event they won't know what to do with! If you can't figure out a party "reason or excuse" then you can always just order one for yourself for a private one on one show performance before ordering one online for a larger party or better yet before dragging everyone out to a strip club. Especially when you already know more than half of your group will veto the strip club or gentlemen's club idea, either just vote against it or you know they would never be caught dead or alive near especially inside an adult establishment such as a male revue, a male strip club or even a female strip club in the first place. You know how many of your friends just absolutely loved and adored the adult cinema, "Magic Mike or Chocolate City," whether they have ever even been to a strip club before or not. Everyone loves to entertain the idea but nobody will pull the freakin' trigger! So stop being THAT guy or girl who is the one always trying to drag or talk their friends into going out and having some adult fun. You can have the party entertainment literally delivered to your door like Uber Eats or any other kind of modern mobile delivery program or platform out there this day and age. This can be done reglardless of whether you are in Atlanta, Nashville, Phoenix, Las Vegas, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Austin, New Orleans, Panama City Beach, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Savannah, Charlotte, Jersey Shore, Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia or even outside of the country! These mobile strip clubs and stripper agencies are all over the entire United States and for the most part all over the world. Just always do your research on the company or independent contractor before booking them. Check their reviews anywhere you can check them online, make sure they don't practice bait & switch tactics and always make sure that there is a live customer service rep answering your call just in case you need to get a hold of them for whatever reason. Any corner of the market online thorough research must be done because we all work entirely too much and too hard to just be swindled and bamboozled out of our hard earned income and money! Do not get ripped off ordering strippers online. So I truly hope my blog on Strip-O-Grams helped you out some and cleared the air some as far as what you might end up doing for your friend or loved one's birthday, bachelor, bachelorette, divorce, college, hotel, house, party bus party, mansion party, office party, corporate party, anniversary party, going away party, welcome home party, graduation party, retirement party, military party, summer party, lake party, boat party, beach party, pool party, tupperware party, tea party, poker party, sports party, football party, soccer party, holiday party, dragon con party, hooter girl party, lifestyle party, coming out party, swinger party, adult party, botox party, LGBT party, sex toy party, lingerie party, newly single party, pajama party, sleep over party, teen party, surprise party, celebrity party, man cave party, sports party, frat party, sorority party, house warming party, welcome the new neighbors party, hen's night party, game night party, costume party, Halloween party, Easter party, Christmas party, New Years Eve Party, toga party, wine tasting party, dance party, dinner party, pizza party, BBQ party, cocktail party, murder mystery party, Christmas in July party, karaoke party, pirate party, back to school party, Avon party, decades party, game day party, luau party, 4th of July party, Australian Day party, Mardi Gras party, flapper party, gangster party, casino party, when I grow up party, ABC party, Valentines Day party, black hearts party, Thanksgiving Day party, Melbourne Cup party, Disney party, super heroes party, Rubiks Cube party, beauty & the geek party, red cup party, anything but clothes party, silly hat party, Hollywood party, 90's Party, round the world party, masquerade ball party, zombie party, ugly sweater party, Harry Potter party, vampire party, fairy party, princess party, make out party, themed party, bingo party,

2018 Strippers and Strip Clubs LIFE HACK Tricks - A Must See!

Here Are Some Tips For Getting The Most From A Stripper 💋

This section includes some tips (from bachelorpartytips.com) on how to get the most from a male or female stripper.

The guide is color coded:

Blue is primary for the boys

Pink is primarily for the ladies

Green is a go for both

Red is not really recommended.

Plan Ahead - As with anything, you've got to remember the 6-P principle: Proper Planning Prevents Piss-Poor Performance. Things to plan include:
Will the stripper come to you or will you go to them?

Do you have an adequate location?

Do you have adequate transportation?

What exactly do you want to see? Please don't let the law cloud your judgement here. Breaking the law at a bachelor/bachelorette party is par for the course.

Shop And Ask Around -There is always someone who knows more than they should about strippers. Find out which of your friends has spent too many singles lately and find out what they know. Be warned, strip clubs change personnel rapidly. A club that had the best strippers last year could be struggling now. The same is true for home stripper services.

Be Demanding On The Phone - The time to negotiate is on the phone. When the stripper has arrived and forty of your drunk friends are inside you won't be in a position to negotiate. The time to negotiate is when you are speaking on the phone and trying to arrange for a stripper. At this stage if they don't agree to your proposal you can always call another place. Be tough on the phone.

See Pictures - It isn't a bad idea to look at what you are ordering. It might require a visit to the stripper's agency, but it might be worth it. After all who doesn't want to spend five minutes looking at Hot bods in bathing suits.

Get Something In Writing - An agreement is writing is all you will have if the stripper doesn't arrive, is four hours late, doesn't perform, etc. Remember, you are dealing with questionable folks here. If they were reliable, responsible folks they would have a real job.

Possible Disappointments -

The stripper is late: HOw punctual can a person that does THIS for a living be? Any more than an hour late is a buzz kill. (it might be a good idea to schedule the stripper to be done in time to hit the strip joints afterward).

Bad seats at the strip bar: Call ahead to get better seats and a break on admission. The time to negotiate is not standing at the door. What are you going to do, leave?

Ugly stripper. Some of them are really ugly. The more remote your location the uglier they will probably be. Not everyone is willing to take off their clothes for money.

Boring show. Make sure something funny is going to happen. Most strippers have a "hook". It could be the pizza guy thing or the part where the groom drinks tequilla from her navel. Make sure it is something good. I saw a show once where the stripper (really kind of a dominatrix) handcuffed the groom and dressed him up with her lipstick. "Isn't he pretty" she screamed. It was hilarious.

Bride or Groom is not the center of attention. Make sure the stripper knows who the guest of honor is.

The law doesn't allow anything fun: This is a problem. It is not unsolvable however, you just have to do some more work. Find someone that knows someone that can get the real thing. Find out which strip clubs are breaking the law these days. I'm sure one of them is.

No Sober Form Of Transportation: This can be a common occurance. The D.D. has a few too many. Ouch. Pick your D.D. carefully.

You bought stripper drinks all night, paid for ten lap dances and the stripper does not go home with you: You are an idiot. Give up now.

Licking Lesbians Might Not Cut It - I have a friend that judges a bachelor party by how kinky things get. Actually, every guy I know judges a bachelor party this way. If you want kink, you've got to agree to it up front. Make sure the stripper(s) will bring their own equipment and try to get an agreement that they will use it. Otherwise you might pay for Lesbians and get two girls hugging. Like Larry Says "If I see one more Lesbian show without a double-@!(@* I'm going to puke".

You Might Not Like What Is Under That Thong - Male strippers generally "tie it off" or use a cock ring to maintain their erection. Let's face it, dancing in front of a crowd of drunk women isn't a turn on after the first three times. So you might not want to see the device that was necessary.

A Fiver Isn't Worth Five Singles - The stripper can't tell the difference between a five and a single from two feet away. Besides, five bucks isn't going to get you anything. See the idiots a the end of the bar, they are plopping down twenties and fifties and when the night is over they will be just as lonely as you.

Keep the money close to home - Don't throw money at the stripper. That is a waste. Get them to sing for their supper baby!

Put a rolled up single behind your ear.

Put a buck in your back pocket and scream "Grab it if you want it!".

Put a rolled up single in your cleavage.

No Cash Advances - The biggest scam going is for strip clubs to give you a cash advance on your credit card. Of course there is a surcharge. Sometimes I hear it is upwards of five bucks. There is nothing like making budgeting decisions with a strippers butt in your face. Decide how much bread you are bringing and stick to it. Hide an extra twenty bucks in your shoe. Your friends will think you are terrific when, after you close the last bar you can buy everyone grilled cheese sandwiches at the all night diner.

Lap Dances Should Be Done In Private - That way you can lie about what happened. After all, who wants to say that you wasted 20 bucks and all you got was a quick feel. It is much better to tell your friends some lewd tales the next day.

Learn The Real Rules By Watching Guys With Tattoos - Any strip club has regulars, they know what you can touch. They have tattoos. They sit near the stage. Watch them.

Hookers and Gigolos - You might want to think twice about this. Even if you have thought that it might be exciting, have you considered these factors:

Your friends will either be disgusted or will be pounding on the door to be next.

You may not be the first that night. Heck, you might not even be in the first ten.

You are one condoms thickness away from a venereal disease.

They are faking.

You really aren't that good.

Tattoos or No Tattoos - I once commented that I didn't like strippers with tattoos. One of my friends said that he did. We had a little discussion. Another friend pointed out that if you look around the strip bar the guys spending all the money have tattoos and they like tattoos. I guess strippers with tattoos just know their target audience a little better.

A Strip-O-Gram - Any place cute enough to call it a strip o gram, isn't cool enough to show anything hot. Do you really want to shell out a couple of hundred bucks and then not see any genitalia?

Lying - When telling the story to your girlfriend or boyfriend always do two things:
Add one item of clothing to the minimum that the stripper had on. If they were nude, say they had on a thong, if they had a thong say it was underwear. If they wore underwear, shoot yourself, you are an idiot.

Always leave out the raunchiest part and emphasize the cutest. Don't talk about the part where the lesbians had sex with each other. Talk about how Bob was so drunk he fell asleep before the stripper arrived.

You spent 10 dollars in singles. Everyone knows ten bucks can't buy enough to get you in trouble.

What is it With The Bodyguard Guy - If he is a little guy, they say he has a gun. If he is a big guy he doesn't need one. I never figured I'd test them. Be my guest though. Let me know how it goes (if you survive).

Avoid Up selling - Don't buy the strippers anything. This is called "up selling". It is the act of getting customers that have entered the club to spend more than they expect. First it was admission, then a six dollar beer, will you continue with a ten dollar lap dance, a twenty dollar private dance, buy the stripper a drink (for ten bucks), One hundred might get you into a shower with two strippers (hmmm, maybe up selling isn't too bad).

Be Wary of Pay-In-Advance - If these people were honest in business they wouldn't be exploiting people. If the stripper didn't have a cocaine problem they wouldn't be dancing for a living. Scumbags and coke-heads aren't the kind of people you should trust to make good on a promise. If you have to pay 1/2 in advance do so. Don't expect much if you pay everything up front.

If you are the groom, don't wear underwear - Everyone has seen the stage show where the stripper takes off the grooms pants to writer her name on his underwear. We have also seen the group of strippers give the groom a wedgie. How about when the strippers tear the waistband off his tighty whities. Give everyone a show, leave the underwear behind.

Building A Stripper Body

Building A Stripper Body:🔑 Keys to Fitness & Success

Strippers. Most likely you’ll imagine a dark room where you can see only silhouettes of people; flashing strobe lights give you only a glimpse of the faces around. And then there’s this smoking-hot, tightly-toned tigress slowly crawling on the floor towards you.

She leaves you open-mouthed, jaws hanging in unexplainable admiration and desire. Out of nowhere, you hand her your money, wishful to touch and own those smooth curves in exchange.

Some women may feel envious, not of the job as a stripper, but of their alluring figures. The glowing hair, shapely legs, well-toned abs, and the strength to climb the dance pole to perform acrobatic moves and stun the audience ‘ these are the things women usually admire about strippers.

The plan is to alternate lower and upper body workouts. If you start on Monday doing upper body exercises, you should proceed with lower body workout on Wednesday, and then return to upper body exercises come Friday; Tuesdays and Thursdays are reserved for cardio workouts.

Why the alternating pattern? Alternating workouts give your muscles time to recover while you strengthen other areas of your body. It also allows you to concentrate on one area per day, allowing you to spend all your energy on a specific muscle group.

A pair of dumbbells is necessary for the workout but you can also use a barbell that has removable plates for superior results. We recommend you include a barbell because it will require you to keep your form while you do overhead lifts and bicep curls. You’ll also be able to lift heavier weights which are of vital importance in this workout.
Select a weight you can handle to execute 8 reps with but heavy enough to make 12 reps difficult.

Whether it’s a 5lb, 20lb, or 25lb dumbbell, as long it makes 12 reps difficult for you to do, go with it. For those who have experience in bodybuilding, a 40lb dumbbell may do the trick.

Don’t select something that’s too light to lift. Just follow the 12-reps guideline in choosing the right weights for your workout.

Lift and lower the weights slowly and avoid swinging them just to complete your reps. To gauge the timing, say ‘I am sexy’ while you lift the weights up and follow it with ‘I am sexy and strong’ as you lower them down. This works as a confidence booster and helps you slow down your pace. The slow pace allows you to fully control the muscles and engage the muscle fibers in the exercise.

Maintain proper form at all times. Hold your core muscles strongly, keep your posture long, and do the exercises in front of a mirror to see if you’re still maintaining the correct form. Shoulders shouldn’t be slouching, weights shouldn’t be swinging, and abs are tucked tight. Remember to breathe with your stomach and plant your feet firmly as if you’re in standing.

Exercises for your upper body

The following sets of upper body workout can be done at home using the dumbbells and barbell we require. You can also do these exercises in the gym where weights are available.

Even if you can’t go to a gym and you don’t have dumbbells or a barbell, you can still do numerous bodybuilding exercises to strengthen your muscles. You can use your own body weight as resistance in place of weights.

Doing short bursts of exercise is also the smarter way to work out. It’s okay if you do an hour on the treadmill every day if you’re contented with the results. However, the plan is to get a stripper body and you definitely won’t get anywhere near that goal running 3 mi/h on a treadmill for an hour.
Remember the days you’re not working your muscles out? Start things right by doing a 30-minute intense cardio workout on these days. Below is a sample schedule you can use as a guide:

Monday: Upper body workout
Tuesday: Cardio training
Wednesday: Lower body workout
Thursday: Cardio training
Friday: Upper body workout
Saturday: Cardio training
Sunday: Free time
Monday: Lower body workout
Tuesday: Cardio training
Wednesday: Upper body workout

Using this schedule, you work muscles all throughout your body and you avoid overworking specific areas.

After your intense training, your metabolism rate will shoot up and it will keep burning calories for several more hours. Doing this kind of routine will help your body become more efficient in exercising. Your body becomes better as you get used to this intensive training, making you fitter, leaner, faster, stronger, and of course, sexier making more money!

Blurring Fantasy and Reality

Thanks to the worldwide success of the talented dancers and actors in Magic Mike and its sequel, Magic Mike XXL, the life of the quintessential "male entertainer" was been shown to the masses as a world of excitement, mischief, and wealth. All is very, very, true on a much smaller not so grandiose scale. Traveling cross country for a large event isn't uncommon. Many private events and big club promotions will pay an entertainer top dollar to travel via car, bus, plane, or train to give the crowd the best show ever.

In the movie, it showed the main crew partying it up with the hospitable housewives. In real life, a dancer can engage in the social atmosphere more comfortably and enjoy festivities with the patrons in their own home or event space. The dancer is responsible for how he chooses to enjoy himself with the party goers. Not highly advised but also not prohibited, if the dancer drinks alcohol in moderation. Awareness of his place in the party is key. Being the "sloppy drunk stripper" isn't the impression to leave with.

The guys in the movie also were "very friendly" with the ladies of the house. Being a male dancer, you're automatically under the assumption that you will be giving more than lap dances. This is where situational awareness comes into play, along with sensibilities. It is key to read the room. Ask, learn, and understand the boundaries of the crowd beforehand. Their comfort levels are very important and will define the success of the performance. Remember, communication is a factor on how well your experience and money is.

When you book one of our entertainers, make sure you let him know what you expect from him so he can do his best to provide it. Remember he is a professional and he is looking to make sure you have the greatest time. In doing so, you can get the Magic Mike experience sought after, blurring the lines between fantasy and reality. If you are ready to plan your next big girls night, book here with them to ensure a happy ending to your party or event.

Learning When to Wear the Mask

Learning When to Wear the Mask

We all have a mask we wear around people but do those in the adult entertainment have it easier or harder when it comes to judgment from certain friends or family members?

Life in the fast lane seems glamorous, exciting and easy going, being the center of attention everywhere they go. A deeper look into their life actually may bring a different perspective for some. They may not take their work home with them but they have to deal with constant judgment, classification and ridicule from friends, family, co-workers in other fields of work or neighbors in their everyday life.

Some accept their loved ones going rogue and getting into a dangerous and frowned upon line of work and employment to meet certain means of living and sustaining their life how they see fit. In most circumstances, family, friends or anyone existent in their life write them off entirely without a second thought. These are normally the same friends, family and associates that would disown or write off their own blood or a friend if they came out and said they were gay, bi-sexual, transgender, Jewish, Christian, Muslim, or held a different political opinion.

Stereotyping and judging people like this not only affects those taking new paths in their life and discovering who they are or what they want to do with their own life. It directly and indirectly affects everyone from growing in life and finding what they like or don't in fear of being ridiculed or judged.

Adult entertainers get to tear down the walls they have up by forcing themselves to finance a certain way of life. Unfortunately, they also have to keep their lives extremely private or take a crap shoot and try their luck. The bright side is that it will help weed through anyone that is for you no matter what or force you to abandon many of the people who said they would love you and be there for you forever.

You must evaluate what is and isn't important to you and how badly you want to choose your own path or let someone else tell you how to live your life. Personally, I would not recommend anyone living their life a total lie and being someone you are not to everyone closest to you. It is also important to understand some people risk their life pillars, ie: professional careers, living wills, future jobs, children or sick loved ones. If you wear a mask, like we all do, make sure you wear it for the right reasons and it doesn't directly affect you finding who you are or where you want to be in life.

The History of Stripping, Strip Clubs and Strippers | A Must Read Rewind From Back in Time

The History of Stripping & Strippers

The first account of a woman getting "paid" for dancing erotically can be traced back to the Bible, where some interpreters tell us that the daughter of the Jewish Princess Herodias seductively performed the Dance of the Seven Veils to please King Herod during his birthday celebration. Herod was so impressed with (and probably so aroused by) the dance that he granted the daughter anything she desired. Obeying a request from her mother, Herodias's daughter reportedly replied: "Give me here upon a platter the head of John the Baptist." That's a pretty steep price that pious John had to pay for King Herod's viewing pleasure.

Part l: Females (ladies first!)

What's in a name?

Commonly referred to as strippers or go-go girls, women who do it for a living prefer to be called "exotic dancers." The establishments they work in are commonly called strip clubs but their proprietors prefer to call their businesses "gentlemen's clubs." Bottom line is that women in this industry get paid to sexually titillate men by dancing suggestively in as little clothing as possible without getting arrested, and in locations where laws allow, they dance totally nude. Regardless of the nomenclature, the field of stripping is dominated by women. Male strippers (think Chippendales) make up less than a third of the professional community.

But let's take a step back (way back) and look at the very beginnings of this sensual subculture. The earliest evidence of exotic dancing can be traced to Paleolithic cave paintings in the south of France, more than 20,000 years ago. Archeologists have uncovered miniature statuettes of exotic dancers near the Black Sea regions of Bulgaria and Romania that date back to the New Stone Age, or Neolithic Era, and are estimated to be over 9000 years old.

Dancing designed to sexually stimulate is thought to have begun as an ancient ritual to gain the favor of the goddesses of fertility and motherhood in hopes of successful reproduction as well as to increase the fertility of crops. Draped in animal fur, women who performed these dances would pose erotically as the furs were slowly removed to reveal the dancer's naked gyrating body.

During the height of the Greek and Roman Empires, erotic dances were also performed by priestesses in sacred temples. Much of the artwork from these times shows female dancers removing different articles of their clothing to the point of total nudity. Women were chosen for their beauty and vitality, and such erotic movements were performed in honor of the Moon, the hunt, and the god of wine, among other ritualistic purposes.

Getting Paid for Your Efforts

Moving to the 14th century, we find the advent of erotic dancing in the Middle East, in the art form of belly dancing. Not a thread of clothing was removed, but with its furious movements of the hips and pelvis, belly dancing meant to induce pleasure of a sexual nature and became extremely popular. Audience members would toss coins at the belly dancers, representing the first time women were paid cash for their erotic dancing services. During this time, erotic dancing was also common in the temples of India in the form of sacred rituals.

In the 18th century, sensuality and eroticism reigned supreme throughout Europe, compliments of the ladies of the court, who were paid to erotically entertain the menfolk as they dined during celebrations and banquets. These female courtesans popularized the fan as a sensual prop, which they used to accent their titillating dance moves to make them look mysterious.

Fast forward to more modern times, where erotic dancing blossomed in Britain in the late 1800s with the rise of British burlesque houses. Lydia Thompson, an English dancer, comedian, actress, and theatrical producer, became one of the most famous burlesque dancers on the London stage. Originally, burlesque performances incorporated a complete act with a combination of music, singing, humor, dance, and theatrics, and sexual parody; women undressing themselves in a sensual manner were only part of the show. Lydia is credited with bringing burlesque to America in 1868 with her troupe of "British Blondes" performing in New York City theaters. Lydia's performances involved chorus lines of beautiful, scantily clad women and sometimes involved audience intimacy without contact. No doubt, the burlesque industry quickly discovered that the main attraction was sex. Over time, burlesque shows began focusing mainly on suggestive sexual dances, and routines turned raunchy. Women became more uninhibited and the acts became more risqué. Of course, the church preached against these types of performances, but they only grew in popularity.

The early roots of modern stripping first appeared in the late 1800s when a new form of erotic dancing evolved into a dance known as the striptease. It was a gradual, soft, sensual way to undress in order to arouse. As the name suggests, women slowly undressed themselves, layer by layer, to titillate and tease in a blatant sexually suggestive manner as they revealed more and more of their flesh, down to pasties and a G-string covering up the essentials. Drooling men howled in appreciation as each piece of clothing hit the floor, leading the men to create and shout out the striptease catch phrase: "Take it off… take it all off!"

Throughout the late 1800s and early 1900s, the striptease influenced other forms of erotic dancing. A sexually provocative belly dance known as the "hoochie coochie" was introduced in Philadelphia and became wildly popular. Around the same time period, the French cancan appeared in Paris and was made famous at the Moulin Rouge cabaret. The cancan spread to America and also became a popular male pastime, as guys feasted their eyes on dancers who would lift up a leg to reveal their thighs, puffy slips, and underwear.

The 1920s saw a new twist to the striptease with the addition of pole dancing. Pole dancing originated at the height of our country's Depression. At the time, traveling fairs trekked from town to town to entertain with many different types of side shows, which were held in tents. In one of the side tents, women would striptease on a small stage in front of cheering men. The ladies incorporated the tent pole into their striptease routine, climbing to the top of the pole, grabbing the pole and swirling around it, and grinding and gyrating against it. The tent pole became known as the "dance pole."

In the 1950s, pole dancing graduated from tents to bars that catered to this form of entertainment. The elaborate, intriguing costumes strippers wore during their performances became part of the act. Stripping was slowly seeping into the American sex industry and becoming a staple.

Strip clubs were frequently raided and shut down for clashing with decency laws, but similar to what occurred with alcohol during Prohibition, the government and religious institutions just couldn't stop the onslaught of their popularity with American men. Editorials and sermons had no chance of influencing where many men chose to spend their recreational time. As a result, this era saw the enacting of new zoning laws and restrictions on the limits that female dancers could interact with their customers in order to regulate the strip club industry.

The 1960s and 1970s saw a steep rise in the number of strip clubs as society was going through a sexual revolution and becoming more accepting of displayed sexuality, and the strip club survived despite public protest and strict city regulations.

During the 1970s and 1980s, almost all strip clubs incorporated poles onstage to accommodate pole dancing, as this practice became popular among strippers. Another addition to the art form was big boobs! Breast enlargement surgery became enormously popular with women in the business as big breasts became synonymous with strippers.

The infamous lap dance (contact dancing) started out in Montreal in the early 1990s. Lap dancing eventually migrated to the United States and was made legal in this country in 1999. Also in the late 1990s, pole dancing techniques used by strippers were turned into a legitimate form of exercise for women with the introduction of pole fitness. The first instructional pole fitness and dance DVDs emerged and even a National Pole Dancing Championship was created.

Nowadays, in most strip clubs, the women wear skimpy bikinis or G-strings that leave little to the imagination. There's rarely a striptease show, just pole work. Ladies move about on stage as guys gawk at their nearly naked bodies. Some strippers will bump and grind against one another onstage to the enjoyment of their male audiences as the pounding beat of loud rap music intoxicates the room. From ancient ritual to modern-day entertainment for men who typically watch with a stiff drink in hand, stripping has come a long way, baby!
